Brendan has decided to leave Juice! :(
This is a bittersweet announcement, as the guy that has stood by my right hand side for 20 years has recently decided to leave the band! 
Bitter because I’m sad to see him go as we started the band together 20 years ago last November, and have become more like brothers than best friends. But also sweet, as I’m really happy for the amazing opportunities that are coming his way. I thought I’d post a couple of pics to show how things looked at the start, and how they looked at the end! One of these pics is of us in Cookstown nearly 20 years ago, and the other is from our last ever wedding together in Donegal on the 30th of December last year… you might notice a few changes! lol

Since we started the band together, fitness and nutrition have been Brendan’s passion: so much so that he decided quite a while ago to properly advance his amazing fitness knowledge, by studying nutrition at the highest level. Subsequently he has become an expert in his field, attaining an extensive level of top tier respected qualifications, and the knowledge to match. I’m confident that he has made the right decision to fully commit to this new career, and I would like to wish him all the best for the future.
Finally, I’m delighted to say that Juice will continue: I will maintain the style and direction that the band always has had, but with a new singer! 
I have recently chosen someone that I think is equally as good as Brendan: he is an excellent fit for the band, and I’m confident he will help me continue the dance floor filling approach that Juice have built up over the years. I will introduce him in a couple of days, and hope you all give him a warm welcome!
