For a change Brendan inspired this blog title!  It’s not often one of us inspires it, but I couldn’t resist for this post!  He was talking up the steps to the stage during the disco, and missed one and fell!  Poor Brendan, bad enough falling, but much worse when everybody is watching!  Of course he got lots of sympathy from me! lol

Thanks to Ashley and Ryan for inviting us along to join them and their guest in the brilliant Greenvale Hotel.  The function room was looking fantastic as usual, and Mickey had everything running bang on schedule.  It was great to be close to home as well! :)

We started things the same way as Taylor and Cameron’s wedding last Thursday, with Leona Lewis and Callum Scott’s beautiful song You Are The Reason.  We opened the floor to the bridal party half way through, and then opened the floor to everyone else for the next song.   We mixed things up to suit the crowd as usual, and quickly got them dancing.  However, there seemed to be a bit of a theme last week, as all of the crowds loved 90s & 00s dance tunes, so the disco was pumping yet again with all the club classics!  We should have brought glow sticks with us! lol

Thanks again to Ashley and Ryan for booking us to play at their wedding: it was a great way to end our week!  We only got briefly chatting to them before we started, as they were gone by the time we had all our equipment packed away at the end of the night.  So, we didn’t get a chance to ask them about their honeymoon plans!  Hopefully they get away somewhere nice!
