We played our first wedding of the Christmas season in the Four Seasons Hotel in the beautiful village of Carlingford. Thanks to Ciara and Sean for booking us – it was great to be part of their big day. The hotel has had an extensive refurbishment since we were last there, and definitely looks great! If you’re thinking of having your wedding reception in the County Down or Louth area, then we’d definitely recommend checking it out.

This blog title is dedicated to Ciara, as she works in an Opticians! Yet again, our blog titles are definitely unpredictable! lol We had loads of requests through out the night, and had lots of different groups of dancers depending on what we were playing. They definitely preferred the rock music till the country, as AC/DC yet again filled the dance floor! As we’re back in the festive season, we finished the night off with Fairytale in New York, which went down a storm!

Thanks again to Ciara and Sean for booking us to play at their wedding. It was great to meet them, and be a small part of their wedding plans. They’re heading to Kildare for a few days to chill out after all the wedding planning. However, they have the ‘proper’ honeymoon to look forward to early next year, as they’re going to the beautiful Lanzarote (below). Have a great time guys!
